Chores and choices
A chore is a move you have already decided: move 40 to the jar each packet, pay the phone on the 20th, send the invoice reminder on Thursdays. A choice is anything where the amount or the yes is still open. Automate chores. Do not automate choices. A button that spends 'about the usual' on a mood is how jars empty.
Write two lists. If a line makes you pause, it is a choice and it stays manual. Pausing is information. The repeat button is for the lines that feel almost dull.
A pretend example. Pretend Val's chores: 40 to the jar, rent on the 1st, the hall-fee sticker. Val's choices: dinners out, a new template idea, anything sold as a limited drop. The second list does not get a button.
Try this. Make the two lists. Circle any chore you still do by memory and miss.
