This refund note is a draft. The legal entity that will honor it is not confirmed yet, and the payment provider is not connected.
Practice unlocks are not charges. There is nothing to refund. If you used study credits that were themselves a practice unlock, the staff room can put credits back on request.
When real payments are connected, the intended rule is: ask within 14 days if you have not downloaded the PDF, and we will return the payment. If you have downloaded the book, write anyway and a person will look. Digital books cannot be 'returned' in a box, so the download is the moment the class is in your hands.
Credit tins follow the same draft: unused credits can be discussed; credits already spent on a downloaded book follow the book rule.
