Their words, not a billboard
A kind notice starts with the complaint you heard in the ten conversations. Use their noun. If treasurers said 'the parent note,' do not rename it 'a stakeholder communication asset.' People trust the sentence that sounds overheard, because it was.
Say who it is for and who it is not for. Exclusion is kindness. It saves the wrong person from buying, and it saves you from a refund and a bad evening. A notice that is for everyone is for no one you can help well.
A pretend example. Pretend notice: 'For club treasurers who stare at the parent email. A two-page note you can send this Thursday. Not a finance degree. Not for people who like building spreadsheets from scratch.' The price sits in the same breath.
Try this. Rewrite one offer using a noun you heard from a real person. Add a 'not for' line.
