Words for the file

Payment history: did agreed payments show up. Busy limit: how much of the room is in use. Photo day: the date a statement shows a balance. Age: how long the file has been watching. You do not need more words than these to start.

A headline score is not the file. Write which line is noisy before you pay anyone to 'repair' you. Many noisy lines are a photo-day problem or a missed minimum, both of which are visible.

A pretend example. Busy limit was the noisy line. Photo day the 22nd. Payment history quiet. The pencil case stops a person from buying a mystery fix for the wrong line.
Try this. Label your own noisy line, or write 'I have not read the file yet.'
