A wish without a date is a mood. Write three wishes. Each one needs a figure and a month: a trip, a course, a move, a gift, a tool for work. If you cannot name the month, it is not this year's wish. Park it on a later list.
Do not store wishes inside the rainy jar. The rainy jar is for unpleasant surprises. If you raid it for a wish, you will hesitate to fill it again. Two containers keep both stories honest.
A pretend example. Pretend Sol wrote: 600 for a June train trip, 250 for a September class, 150 for a winter coat in October. The rainy jar was a fourth line, with no fun attached. The coat stopped pretending to be an emergency.
