A helper, including an AI tool, is good at first drafts, lists, and rewrites of words you already mean. It is a poor place to store secrets, to invent numbers, or to decide that you should buy, sell, or promise something. Make three baskets: may draft, may draft only with the real file open, and never.
Never includes passwords, full card numbers, and other people's private papers. The middle basket includes your budget lines and your credit sentences, because the helper should rearrange words you verified, not replace the figures. If you do not know a number, the helper must not be asked to make one up.
A pretend example. Pretend Bo's may-draft basket: a kinder wording of a fee reminder. Middle basket: sorting Bo's own four blanket lines into a paragraph. Never: guessing a credit score, or writing a letter that claims a fact Bo has not checked.
